    Eagles go 4–1 on long road trip, lead Bay Valley Conference

    The Laney College baseball team is entering the last week of the regular season with its best record since 2012.

    The Eagles, by virtue of their 7–5 victory at Solano College on April 19, are now 23–9 overall and lead the Bay Valley Conference with a 17–3 record.

    Laney has a 5–0 record on its current six-game road trip, which concludes Thursday, April 21 with a game at Yuba College in Marysville.

    The Eagles are a half-game ahead of Los Medanos College (15–4, 21–10) and play the Mustangs in Pittsburg on Thursday.

    The Laney College baseball team is entering the last week of the regular season with its best record since 2012.
